The overall plan for local labour employment earmarks a larger percentage of required labour force for recruitment among the communities in the project's area. These communities will benefit from this allocation in proportion to their land holding within the acquired construction area, depending on availability of suitable qualified applicants in each of these communities. In the event of death of qualified applicants for any community allocation, we may employ from any source offering the most suitable qualified labour.
